The ACE-2000 Symposium will be held at the Miramonte Resort from January 4 - 8, 2000 in Indian Wells, California USA. The resort is located in a very beautiful location in the California desert (near Palm Springs). They are offering their rooms for a group rate of $99 plus tax - far below the normal rates for this time of year.

Additionally there is a $10.00 plus tax charge for each additional adult (18 years or older) in a room. There is also a Resort Service Fee of $5.00 per room per night. The current STATE & LODGING tax is 9.25%.
Guest room rates will be effective from 1/4/00 until 1/8/00 for the program. Extensions prior to or past the program dates are subject to room and rate availability.

Reservations will be accepted on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.
Mention ACE2000 to receive the above
room rate. Reservations can be made through the Resort by calling (800)
237-2926 or (760) 341-2200. All reservations must be accompanied by
first night's deposit. Cash, check or credit cards are accepted for
prepayment. FEDERAL PER DIEM ROOMS WILL BE APPROVED THROUGH Alan
Cummings ONLY.
FEDERAL PER DIEM SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
A limited number of rooms are available at the Government rate of
$73.00 for those government employees that cannot be reimbursed for
more than the government rate. To reserve a room at the Government rate
you must contact Alan Cummings at email:

at: (626) 395-6708. Given that you are entitled to the rate, a room
will be reserved in your name. THEN, to complete the reservation
you must call the Miramonte to say that you are on the
ACE-2000 gov't rate room list and that you are calling to give them
your credit card number and any additional information desired (such as
accompanying person, etc.).
ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES :
Check in time at Miramonte Resort is after 3:00pm. Check-out time is
before 12:00 noon.
INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATIONS :
It is understood that cancellations by individual attendees may be made
without penalty until fourteen (14) days prior to their arrival date.
Cancellations inside fourteen (14) days will forfeit all deposits on
record.
