	Pass Summary: Late DSN schedule changes due to priority requests
from SOHO. Due to the possibility of more changes, the AOS time tag bin was
NOT loaded during the previous pass. The procedure g_initial_contact sent
the commands to switch data rates.
	There was a one hour delay in transitioning from RTSW to High rate
ADC format.  Preliminary analysis indicates that a command to set the
Telemetry Mod Index to high did not reach the S/C or execute. Cmd
verification is disabled when this command is sent.
	Subsequent commands put the Frame Sequence Number (FSN) out of sync
with the S/C report value.  A transition to the MOR was performed,
suspecting that the GAS facility could be the problem.
	This move was premature and the GAS facility is believed to not
have been a factor in the problem.  After sending several D/L format/resync
cmds to the S/C the D/L changed from 498 bps to 87,648 bps.  Pass extended
1/2 hr. Problem is under investigation.
	All pass activities were completed.
