	 - The DSN su[[prt was only 2 1/2 hours because TOM-EP satellite
declared a S/C emergency.  There was not sufficient time to complete SSR

	 -  Ground GMT clock was corrupted possibly due to year change.
TSM and Hardware maintenance were contacted.  The implications of corrupted
time resulted in the inability to load the nominal LOS and AOS time tag
bins on board.

continuing GMT clock corruption problem on Front End processors.

	 -  Clock Calibration files have not been generated for days 001
and 002 and appear to be related to change of year.
	 -  There has been no resolution into clock corruption and mission
S/W will be run on Workstation 3 until problem is solved.  TSM's and TPOCC

system clock times continued--ground system times are one day ahead, but
spacecraft times are correct (AR #98-0256).  Ran TPOCC software from
workstation 3 instead

DPS for level 0 processing.
	FOT tried to clear the clock problem by resetting system clock on
front end and restarting TPOCC, but this just caused the problem to spead
to all workstations on the string.
	Time tag bin for tomorrow's BOT not loaded due to clock problems.

4 short telemetry dropouts; all data recovered.

	MAR cmd test went nominal - S/C commanding was returned to MOR at
16:45z. This test was one part of the GMT SYNC TASK fix test. Following the

	Pass Summary: Nominal support, however at BOT sta 66 had to change
CPA's due to command subcarrier (16khz) over-modulating the forward
carrier. Commands were being verified by the S/C, there was no impact to
support.
	Voice lines were down from 1330-1630z but there was no impact to
operations and the station called on the black phone to perform post
calibrations and station release.
	OCR S3D-004 (S3DPU Patch load for SWIMS DeadTime Patch (4x) )
completed, no problems.
