Since July 12th, the FOT has been unable to perform GTAS plotting in the
MOR. This was recently identified as a problem with the PVWAVE license. The
only license that exists is for the MAR. This license was transferred to
the GAS while the MAR received the Y2K upgrade and was then transferred
back to the MAR. It is unclear why the plotting ever worked in the MOR to
begin with. A workaround has been implemented to FTP the required files to
the MAR for GTAS processing.

On Monday July 19th, at approximately 14:25 UT, all personnel were ordered
to evacuate the MOC due to a "suspicious package". Completed operations
through the
SSR playback, then suspended all ops at that point. The spacecraft was safe
and had already been programmed to switch downlink format at EOT. The
commands to switch the downlink format at the next days BOT were not sent
but the current procedures are flexible enough to address this occurrence.

RCCA involving SWEPAM loss of ~4 days of science - analysis ongoing.

Anomalies:
7/19/99 AR# G99-0045 DR#N51469 Lost tlm for 1 min. and 19 sec. because
big pipe went down.
