ACE Weekly Report: 07-05-00

All ACE spacecraft subsystems are performing nominally. An Attitude
maneuver was successfully executed on 06-30-00. A stationkeeping
maneuver was also performed on 06-30-00. Both maneuvers were nominal.
The next attitude maneuvers are scheduled for 07-07-00 and 07-18-00.

DSN has begun the official transition to the automated 26m system at
its sites. The Goldstone
26-meter station transition is scheduled for DOY 188 (6 July 2000) at
0000Z. At Madrid the transition is planned for 0000Z on DOY 189
(7July 2000). At the Canberra 26-meter station
the transition is planned to occur on DOY 193 (11 July 2000).
Currently ACE is scheduled to
execute an attitude maneuver on Station D66 (Madrid) on Day 189. The
FOT is working with FDF to try and reschedule the burn as to avoid
performing a critical maneuver on the newly transitioned D66.
