ACE Weekly Report: 12-13-00

All ACE spacecraft subsystems are performing nominally. An attitude maneuver
was successfully executed on 12-12-00. The next attitude maneuver is scheduled
for 12-21-00.

Maneuver 1 Start Time=18:43:27	Maneuver 1 End Time=18:46:42
Pre-Maneuver HGA = -3.4512 deg. Sun Angle = 6.3293 deg.
Post-Maneuver HGA = 4.5 deg. Sun Angle = 13.7 deg.
Current S/C range: 1,487414.754 km

On 12-11-00 all Active C&DH Block bins were dumped and verified against the
ground reference image. No miscompares were found.

ACE MOC experienced an ~8 minute telemetry dropout during the support on
12-12-00. The loss of telemetry occurred during the execution of the attitude
maneuver. The last 114 seconds of the maneuver executed while there was no
telemetry in the MOC. The Station indicated its 'ground system had lost its
interface to the antenna'. Once telemetry was back on-line, the state of
health and attitude of the S/C were verified. No further problems were
experienced during the support.

On 12-12-00 OCR SWPX-025 was executed to compensate for gain losses attributed
to the aging of the SWEPAM-E instrument.
