ACE Weekly Report:  01-31-01

All ACE spacecraft subsystems are performing nominally. An attitude
maneuver was successfully executed on 01-26-01.  The next attitude
maneuver is scheduled for 01-06-01.  ACE's next Z-axis control burns
are scheduled for February 6th and 7th.  The last Z-axis control burns
were performed in August 2000.

SIS OCR was executed on 01-30-01 to improve the instrument's
performance during future big solar events.
