ACE Weekly Report 01-16-02

All ACE spacecraft subsystems are performing nominally. Attitude
maneuvers were successfully performed on 01/02/02 and 01/14/02. The
next attitude maneuver is scheduled for 01/25/02.

ACE continues to experience degraded telemetry and command failures
during its supports with Station D27. The ACE NOPE has been notified
and an investigation is on going.

Anomalies:
01/11/02 AR# G02-0005 MOC received degraded telemetry during last ~1
hour of support with D24. Station notified; no problems seen at site.
JPL COM informed FOT that they were observing alarms indicating that
they were experiencing "hits to the line...from Goldstone". All
affected SSR data was redumped (DR #N100274).

01/15/02 AR# G02-0006 Degraded telemetry received during support with
D27.  Station opened RF Loop Bandwidth opened from 100 -> 300 ->
1000Hz. D27 asked if troubleshooting could be performed. FOT completed
the nominal activities early and informed D27. Station brought carrier
down ~20 minutes early and used the remaining time in the support to
troubleshoot degraded telemetry problems.

01/16/02 AR# G02-0007 FOT experienced ~12 minute telemetry dropout
when Isis processes shut down. IP NOC contacted and informed FOT that
they were currently troubleshooting NOAA receiving duplicate data. All
affected SSR data was redumped.
