All ACE spacecraft subsystems are performing nominally. No maneuvers were 
executed this week. A triple maneuver ("dog-leg" attitude and a 
station-keeping maneuver) is scheduled for 11/01/02.

At 18:51:53 telemetry went offline because DSS-27 lost their interface to 
the telemetry system.  IMPACT:  None, all data was retrieved. DR#G101764
