All ACE spacecraft subsystems are performing nominally. An attitude maneuver
was performed successfully on 12/23/02.

ACE completed a second NSP demo with DSS-24 on 12/20/2002. All 3 bit rates
were acquired and 64 commands were transmitted to the spacecraft. The FOT
again found that the telemetry recorded on CDR and delivered to MOC was
corrupted (87648bps datarate).

During the NSP Demo, 0158 monitor data was captured by the SIMSS software.
JPL had found that the 0158 data was corrupted by the SFG when the block
length exceeded 2000 bytes. No corruption was found during the Demo, but
block lengths did not exceed 1992 bytes (DDD header to DDD trailer).
