ACE Weekly 05/16/03 - 05/22/03

All ACE spacecraft subsystems are performing nominally. An attitude 
maneuver was successfully executed on 05/22/03.  The next attitude maneuver 
is schedule for 05/30/03.

Minimum angle: 2.18 degrees on 06/13/03 at 1618Z

Ongoing Activities:

TAPS:
Trending, Analysis and Plotting System (TAPS) development continues with 
emphasis being placed on fixing the DRs attributed to the current release. 
Testing is progressing on both TAPS#1 and TAPS#2.  A new release is 
scheduled for installation on 05/27/03.

Automation (ROBOTT):
Testing of the Offline and HSM systems is progressing. Testing by the 
Automation team for Command and Control is still paused due to testing at 
WIND. The first release of Command and Control to the FOT is still TBD.

Anomalies:

Day 03141 (05/21/2003) ACE Anomaly Report #G03-0041 - GDS 26m (DSS-66) 
Delayed AOS
At  15:15:00 DSS-66 asked if the S/C was "ON". After FOT confirmed that S/C 
was "ON", DSS-66 stated they were having trouble acquiring the S/C. At 
15:23:00 DSS-66 informed us that they were having difficulty with the 
antenna pointing equipment (MPA). At 15:33:25 DSS-66 put telemetry online. 
AOS was delayed for 13min 25 sec.  IMPACT:  Delayed pass activities.  All 
telemetry was recovered.
