Orbit Events:

We're coming to the end of the SEZ transit. Closest angular approach to
the Sun was 1.19 deg. To date there has been no SEZ related problems. To
summarize the 24-day transit by epoch and SEV angle:

26 Nov 20:56Z 4.75 deg (inbound)
5 Dec 01:22Z 2.0 deg
8 Dec 18:17Z 1.19 deg (minimum)
12 Dec 19:27Z 2.0 deg
20 Dec 22:00Z 4.75 deg (outbound)

The next SEZ event will start around 02/22/04 and the minimum angle will be
approximately 0.645 degrees.

Anomalies:

DOY 03350 (12/16/2003) ACE Anomaly G03-0124 - GDS 34m (DSS-27) Delayed AOS
At pass start DSS 27 informed ACE FOT that they had telemetry online and
was "go for command". ACE FOT informed DSS 27 that they did not see
telemetry online. DSS-27 then began resweep. DSS 27 then informed ACE
FOT that they were having problems obtaining good VCOs and were in the
process of reinitializing the Exciter. At 15:21:09, ACE FOT reported
seeing telemetry online, nominal AGC's and VCO's. IMPACT: Delayed pass
activities for 6 minutes. DR#G103843.
