Anomalies:

DOY 090 (03/31/05) ACE Anomaly S05-0043  SWICS SSCPAM5V Red Limit
SWICS PAPS -5V voltage violated it's Red Limit (-4.5V) for 2 consecutive
values (~24 seconds) during each of its 12 minute cycles between
090-04:44:18z and 090-06:08:45z.  The largest violation was -4.45V.  Jim
Raines has been notified.
IMPACT:  Awaiting instructions from Jim Raines if necessary.
