ACE Weekly 04/22/05 - 04/28/05 All ACE spacecraft subsystems are performing nominally. ============================================================================ Orbit/Attitude: Type Attitude #1 Attitude #2 Date 04/22/05 04/22/05 DOY 112 2005 112 2005 Thrusters 2R 4R+ 4R- 2R 4R+ 4R- Duration 6:32 min 7:47 min Start Time 17:07:54z 18:32:26z Stop Time 17:14:26z 18:40:13z Firing 33 pulses 40 pulses The next attitude maneuver is scheduled for Monday 05/09/05. ============================================================================ OCRs: None ============================================================================ Ongoing Activities: Space Link Extension (SLE) - The design review is scheduled for Tuesday 05/10/05. ============================================================================ Extra Activities: DOY 117 (04/27/05) - Inactive C&DH (C&DH B) Autonomy Bins downlinked. ============================================================================ Anomalies: DOY 112 (04/22/05) ACE Anomaly G05-0063 26m GDS DSS-16 Transmitter Problems At BOT station had problems with the Power Amplifier and switched to the backup. DR#G105560 IMPACT: Activities delayed 15 minutes. DOY 112 (04/22/05) ACE Anomaly G05-0064 26m GDS DSS-16 CMD Mod Index At 18:19:19 CMDs were not being received by the spacecraft. Station re-entered CMD Mod Index. DR#G105561 IMPACT: Attitude maneuver delayed 10 minutes. DOY 115 (04/25/05) ACE Anomaly G05-0065 26m MAD DSS-66 Transmitter Problems At BOT station had problems with the SBE DR#M103173 & M103174. IMPACT: Activities delayed 15 minutes. DOY 116 (04/26/05) ACE Anomaly G05-0066 Printer Problems Printer AC3PR3 had intermittent problems since the security scan was done on 04/13/05. Power off and on resolved problem. IMPACT: Minimal. DOY 117 (04/27/05) ACE Anomaly G05-0067 Intermittent TLM Loss due to Network 17:47-17:54, JPL's SFG (Special Function Gateway) had problems that prevented data flow to the MOC during redumps. IMPACT: All playback data was captured. DOY 117 (04/27/05) ACE Anomaly S05-0012 SSR Housekeeping Data SSR B was switched to C&DH B as part of the nominal Inactive C&DH Autonomy Bin checkout. By coincidence, SSR B was halfway through sending housekeeping data to C&DH A when it received the command to connect to C&DH B. C&DH A received the rest of the parameters as 0xFF. Since the first half of housekeeping data was valid, TPOCC flagged the second half of the housekeeping data. When SSR B was reconnected to C&DH A, all data was valid. IMPACT: Minimal. A valid SSRB_TLM_HEADER caused TPOCC to incorrectly decommutate and flag parameters VALID_COM_CT_B through ERROR_CT_B. DOY 118 (04/28/05) ACE Anomaly G05-0068 26m GDS DSS-16 CMD Mod Index At BOT CMDs were not being received by the spacecraft. Station re-entered CMD Mod Index. DR#G105592 IMPACT: Activities delayed 30 minutes.
