ACE Weekly 03/23/2007 - 03/29/2007

All ACE spacecraft subsystems are performing nominally.

Orbit/Attitude:

No attitude maneuvers were completed this week.  The next attitude maneuver
and station-keeping maneuver #43 are scheduled for Monday, 04/02/2007.

Activities:

RIONET
* An operational test of RIONet will be performed on April 4, 2007 (DOY
094).  The RIONet will be used for the entire ACE support with DSS-66.  The
Closed IONet will serve as backup.
* String 2 conversion is targeted for April 18, 2007.

Space Link Extension (SLE) - ACE SLE version 2.1 was delivered to the
Library on April 28, 2006.  Installation in the ACE MOC will not occur until
after the MOC is converted to the RIONET.

An evaluation is ongoing to replace the TPOCC mission software and
incorporate ACE operations into a multi-mission ops center.

Anomalies:

DOY 086  03/27/2007  S-ACE-0161  G07-0022  Voice Loop Not Functioning
SCAMA 272 was not functioning.  Goddard Voice was contacted.  On DOY 087,
Goddard Voice performed a reboot on SCAMA 272 which restored the voice loop.
IMPACT:  Minimal.  Backup SCAMA 251 was used to contact DSN.
