Anomalies:

DOY 094  04/03/2008  S-ACE-0301  G08-0041  Incorrect Clock Calibration
Problems with TCP1 at DSS-66 on DOY 093 (reference AR#G08-0037 and
DR#M104747) resulted in an incorrect Bit Rate and Earth Receive Time.  This
caused the DOY 094 clock calibration report sent to ASC and NOAA SWPC to be
off by 32 seconds.  ASC notified the FOT and a corrected clock calibration
was sent.  The spacecraft clock calibration report provides an equation for
converting the spacecraft clock to UTC.  This is used for time stamping data
and generating Level 1 products.
IMPACT:  Minimal
