All ACE spacecraft subsystems are performing nominally.

No maneuvers were completed this week.  The next attitude maneuver and
Station-Keeping #48 are scheduled for Monday 09/22/2008.

Data Capture:  100%  DOY 246-252 2008

Anomalies:

DOY 246  09/02/2008  S-ACE-0349  G08-0086 - TAPS Data Capture Not Running
Both TAPS workstations stopped capturing data over the labor day weekend.
Data was retrieved from TPOCC history files.
IMPACT:  Minimal.  Manual intervention required to restore data.

DOY 248  02/04/2008  S-ACE-0350  G08-0087 - Network Outage
GSFC Comm Control asked to perform a brief maintenance task on the
Restricted IONet.  A brief telemetry drop was expected.  However, telemetry
was offline for 28 minutes (1515-1538z).
IMPACT:  Minimal.  The data was redumped from the spacecraft.  The original
data was also available from DSN CDR.
