Anomalies:

DOY 156  06/05/2009  S-ACE-0446  G09-0041  DSS-54 Red
DSS-54 was declared red at the end of its maintenance period (1400z) due
to an inability to move the antenna.  The ACE pass immediately followed
the maintenance period.  The ACE FOT was not notified of the antenna
being red and called the station after the pass had started (1505z).
DSN issued out a Flash Report at 1526z.  A washer on a screw was causing
a short-circuit at the antenna and was removed.  The antenna returned to
service at 1535z.  DR#M105369
IMPACT:  Activities delayed 35 minutes.  The attitude maneuver was
completed successfully.
