ACE Weekly 07/01/2009 - 07/07/2009 All ACE spacecraft subsystems are performing nominally. ======================================================================== Orbit/Attitude: Type Attitude Date 07/07/2009 DOY 188 2009 Thrusters 2R 4R+ 4R- Duration 15:04 min Start 15:15:11z Stop 15:30:15z HGAStart -7.36deg HGAStop 7.42deg SunStart 6.27deg SunStop 15.30deg SpinStart 5.0181rpm SpinStop 5.0228rpm Nutation 0.13deg Firing 76 pulses FuelUsed 0.2454lbs FuelRemain 141.9000lbs FinalSCMass 1376.160lbs The next attitude maneuver is scheduled for Monday 07/20/2009. ======================================================================= OCRs: None ======================================================================== Activities: Data Capture: 100% DOY 179-186 2009 ======================================================================== Anomalies: DOY 185 07/04/2009 S-ACE-0450 G09-0045 Network and Automation Problems The Goldstone Complex had a loss of all NTR Ckts due to a down OC192 line at the San Bernardino Central Office. The network loss caused the ACE MOC automation software (C&C/ROBOTT) to freeze. The Real-Time Monitor restarted C&C. C&C started both SSR redumps and final state-of-health checks at the same time. Continued network data loss resulted in slower procedure execution. The spacecraft was returned to a nominal state by EOT-3minutes. DR#N105356 IMPACT: All data was recorded by DSN's Central Data Recorder (CDR). The CDR file was downloaded so that the automation software would not spend 40 minutes redumping data on the following pass. DOY 186 07/05/2009 S-ACE-0451 G09-0046 ROBOTT/C&C Start 2 Procs ROBOTT/C&C started 2 procedures without waiting for the other to complete; ULEIS_MOTOR_ERROR (20:10:12) and S_OPS_PLBK_COMPLETE (20:10:13). The procedure ULEIS_MOTOR_ERROR was paused while S_OPS_PLBK_COMPLETE completed. ROBOTT/C&C then terminated the ULEIS_MOTOR_ERROR procedure. CDSID#21085 & #21122 IMPACT: The ULEIS_MOTOR_ERROR procedure does a daily check of the status of the ULEIS shutter motor. The shutter motor was nominal and the procedure execution was not necessary.
