Data Capture:  100%  DOY 193-200 2009

DOY 202  07/21/2009  The pass was shortened by 1 hour so that the
Chandra mission could start their pass with DSS-24 earlier.  Further
requests from Chandra are expected in the upcoming week.

Anomalies:

DOY 198  07/17/2009  S-ACE-0452  G09-0047  Attitude Report Filename
The Attitude/Orbit State Report (AOSR) for DOY 197 was not sent by
FORMATS to ASC and NOAA due to the filename being incorrect.  The
filename was corrected on Monday 07/20/2009 and the Report was sent.
IMPACT:  Minimal.  AOSR file transmission delayed by 4 days.  AOSR files
for maneuvers are more critical than files from intervening passes (DOY
197 was not a maneuver).  For example, AOSR files from the weekend
aren't sent until Monday.
