========================================================================
Anomalies:

DOY 320  11/16/2009  S-ACE-0469  G09-0058  DSS-27 RED
The ground station was unable to track the spacecraft due to problems
releasing the ground antenna brakes. The DSS-27 problem started on DOY
319 and was resolved on DOY 321.
IMPACT: The SSR playback was up-to-date before the SSR failover. Only
a 31 second data gap during the SSR failover on DOY 321
(10:16:02-10:16:32). The following pass (DOY 321) was extended to 5
hours 25 minutes to dump the full SSR.

Note, the reported data capture statistics cover Sunday-Sunday. The 31
second data gap will be reported in next week's data capture statistics.
