A Multi-Mission Operations Center (MMOC) test is tentatively scheduled
for Tuesday 01/19/2010 (1500 1545 1710 1725z). A single MMOC
workstation will simultaneously command both ACE and WIND spacecrafts.

Anomalies:

DOY 012 01/12/2010 S-ACE-0476 G10-0001 Network Outage/Thruster Abort
A JPL network upgrade scheduled from 1700-1800z was expected to result
in a 5 minute outage. Problems with the network upgrade resulted in a 1
hour outage (1724-1829z DR#N105888). The parameters for today's
attitude maneuver were loaded at 1658z but the maneuver was delayed
until the expected 5 minute outage was completed. An onboard timer
issued a thruster abort and cleared the attitude parameters at 1743z.
When the network problems were resolved, the thruster abort flag was
cleared and the maneuver was reloaded and completed (1905z). The EOT
was extended 30 minutes (from 1925z to 1955z) for post-maneuver attitude
calculations. Thanks to the SOHO mission which followed ACE on DSS-27
for delaying their Beginning Of Track.
IMPACT: The pass was extended 30 minutes.
