Activities:

DOY 105 04/15/2010 - DSS-34 Return To Service Demo
DSS-34 is returning to service after an Azimuth Track Replacement
(1/27/2010-04/21/2010). The Demo was taken as an unattended regular
pass. No problems were uncovered during the Demo.

Data Capture: 100% DOY 101-108 2010

Anomalies:

NOTE, WIND anomaly reports will be included when problems with MMOC
software/equipment would have impacted ACE operations.

DOY 105 04/15/2010 S-WIND-0413 ITOS tm_controller
Before Beginning Of Track, ITOS had problems connecting telemetry,
"timeout reading from tm_controller". ITOS was stopped and restarted
and the WIND pass was taken successfully. This problem occurs
approximately once every 2 weeks. DR CDSID#00027515 has been submitted
for ITOS developers.
IMPACT: Manual intervention required.

DOY 109 04/19/2010 S-ACE-0498 G10-0021 NOAA/USAF TLM problems
NOAA Space Weather Prediction Center (SWPC) called the FOT and informed
that the USAF was unable to process telemetry from the ACE spacecraft
after the pass with DSS-24 had ended (DOY 109 0020z). The FOT went to
MMOC and found no problems with the previous pass. The FOT requested
time with DSS-45 (available 0230-0325z) to verify that the spacecraft
was ok. DSS-45 provided telemetry from 0256-0315z. There were no
problems with the spacecraft. DLR/Germany was able to track the
spacecraft for NOAA starting at ~0430z (DOY 109).
IMPACT: Given the downlink format problem on 11/24/2009 (AR#S09-0009),
the FOT followed prudence and checked the spacecraft after receiving the
call from NOAA.
