Anomalies:

DOY 1212 05/01/2010 S-ACE-0500 G10-0023 ace_pass.proc did not finish
At the end of the pass, ace_pass.proc calculates the daily clock
calibration. It then saves the latest clock calibration to a file
"latest_clockcal_A.txt" which is then read in by ITOS. The file was
still being written when ITOS tried to read the file.
IMPACT: Manual intervention required to "go" through the error. There
was no impact to the clock reports sent to ASC and NOAA. There was no
impact to the clock values used by ITOS, because the clock calibration
was read a second time at the beginning of the next pass. MOCR 153 has
been opened to add a 1 second wait between writing to and reading from
the file.
