Anomalies:

DOY 247 09/04/2010 S-ACE-0526 G10-0044 SLE CMDs Not Transmitted
DSS-24 had successfully transmitted commands at the beginning of the
pass (1430-1551z). After the playback was complete, the MMOC sent
commands for redumps (1624z). The SLE CMD connection was ACTIVE, and
the commands were reaching the station, but the commands were not being
transmitted to the spacecraft. The FOT manually disconnected
(STOP/UNBIND) and then reconnected (BIND/START) the SLE CMD connection.
The commands were then successfully transmitted to the spacecraft. This
problem may be related to the recent SLE problems SOHO has had. This
problem last occurred for ACE on 03/01/2010 (AR#G10-0012)
IMPACT: Manual intervention required. Commanding delayed 15 minutes.

DOY 250 09/07/2010 S-ACE-0527 G10-0045 NOAA Data Forward Disconnect
NOAA Space Weather rebooted their systems during the DSN pass. The
MMOC's data forwarding process is automatically started at the beginning
of each pass, but must be manually restarted if NOAA reboots their
systems. This problem last occurred 03/01/2010 (AR#G10-0010). MOCR 217
has been submitted to email notification when the NOAA data forwarding
has stopped.
IMPACT: NOAA Space Weather did not receive data for 3 hours until the
pass had finished (16:43-19:45z)
