On-Call Engineer went to MOC and confirmed pass activities were executing nominally. MMOC System Administrators (SAs) notified. Analysis showed while ANSR was contacting the mail server, an error was preventing ANSR notifications from being sent. In addition, SAs discovered a file permission issue had caused ANSR's logging mechanism to crash, thus preventing further analysis of the ANSR error. File permissions were modified and ANSR recycled. FOT began receiving notifications. IMPACT: FOT monitored support activities real-time.
