Activities:

Data Capture: 100% DOY 353-360 2010

There is a higher than normal risk of data loss from October 2010
through February 2011. If there are problems with the passes, it may
not be possible to acquire additional DSN time.

========================================================================
Anomalies:

Update on AR#G10-0082: DSN DCD problems that caused prime and backup
DCD to switch resulted in data being unavailable on the DSN's FDS
website. DSN manually imported the data and it is now available. ACE
Science Center was not impacted by the DCD problem. (DR#N106933 and
N106950)

DOY 355 12/21/2010 S-ACE-0568 G10-0083 DSS-65 Brief Telemetry Delay
While DSN/Madrid was replacing UPS batteries, a router was disconnected.
There were 5 brief (40 seconds) delays in telemetry from 1445z through
1517z. (DR#M106095)
IMPACT: Minimal. There were no gaps in the telemetry, only 5 brief
delays in the delivery of telemetry to the MOC.

DOY 358 12/24/2010 S-ACE-0569 G10-0084 Goldstone Power Glitch
DSN/Goldstone experienced a power glitch and DSS-27 stopped tracking at
1733z (BOT=1550z EOT=1920z). DSN attempted several remote resets but
were unsuccessful. Personnel did not arrive in time to resolve the
problem before the end of the ACE track. (DR#G110893)
IMPACT: No telemetry, including NOAA Space Weather, for the remainder
of the pass (107 minutes). SSR playback completed on the following
pass. Manual intervention required for MMOC procedure cleanup.

DOY 360 12/26/2010 S-ACE-0570 G10-0085 ITOS tm_controller
Before Beginning Of Track, ITOS had problems connecting telemetry,
"timeout reading from tm_controller". ITOS was stopped and restarted.
IMPACT: Manual intervention required.
