DOY 031 IDR files were available on DSN's FDS/DCD system on the
following day.

Anomalies:

DOY 036  02/05/2011  S-ACE-0583  G11-0011  DSN DCD Failover
DSN's DCD system (Data Capture and Delivery) had an automatic failover
at 1832z.  The system was restored by 1841z and the previous 9 minutes
of "back-logged" telemetry was delivered.  DR#N107122.
IMPACT:  Minimal.  9 minute delay of telemetry.  There appears to be no
problems with the new ability to rapidly receive back-logged telemetry.
