OCRs:

DOY 091 (04/01/2009)  1707-1911z  SEP-110 and SEP-111
SEPICA power cycled to recover from Standby Mode (DOY 081, AR#S11-0001).

========================================================================
Activities:

Data Capture:  100%  DOY 086-093 2011

========================================================================
Anomalies:

DOY 089  03/30/2011  S-ACE-0598  G11-0025  Degraded TLM -- RFI
RFI (Radio Frequency Interference) from an Edwards AFB flight affected
station DSS-27 reception of ACE telemetry for 22 minutes
(17:14:33-17:36:39z).  DR#G111287
IMPACT: The data was automatically redumped at the end of the pass

DOY 090  03/31/2011  S-ACE-0599  G11-0026  DSN DCD Failure
DSN's Data Capture and Delivery system (DCD2) had a failover DR#G111295
IMPACT: 10 minute outage at 2153z. The missing data was backfilled
when the DCD system returned to service. NOAA SWPC and ASC don't always
process backfilled data.

DOY 091  04/01/2011  S-ACE-0592  G11-0020 ITOS tm_controller
ITOS was unable to process telemetry due to a "timeout reading from
tm_controller". ITOS was restarted before beginning of track. (DR
CDSID#00027515)
IMPACT:  Manual intervention required.

ITOS tm_controller problems also occurred at the beginning of 2 WIND
passes (DOY 092 00:20z and DOY 094 00:15z). ITOS was restarted before
the upcoming ACE passes.

DOY 093  04/03/2011  S-ACE-0600  G11-0027  Degraded TLM -- RFI Unknown
DSN DSS-27 ground antenna experienced a reduced downlink signal
strength. RFI source is unknown. DR#G111304
IMPACT: 13 minutes of reduced telemetry starting at 1732z occurred
after the SSR playback had completed.

DOY 094  04/04/2011  S-ACE-0601  G11-0028  DSN TLM Problems
DSN DSS-27 ground antenna had problems acquiring ACE telemetry possibly
due to RFI. Problems continued as the ground station was configured for
the wrong downlink bit rate. DR#G111312 & G111313
IMPACT:  Activities delayed 20 minutes.

DOY 094  04/04/2011  S-ACE-0602  G11-0029  Procedure not resumed
The ace_pass procedure was not resumed after the attitude maneuver.
IMPACT: SWEPAM calibration and final state-of-health checks will be
performed on the following pass.
