ITOS was restored 1.5 hours later. IMPACT: No solar wind data forwarded to NOAA Space Weather Prediction Center for 1.5 hours. Manual intervention required. DOY 119 04/29/2011 S-ACE-0607 G11-0034 D27 Transmitter Trip Off DSS-27's transmitter tripped off due to a power supply fault (1441z). Downlink (non-coherent) re-established at 1445z. Uplink re-established at 1455z. Subsequent commands to DSS-27 via SLE returned "command negative: unable to process". The SLE FCLTU needed to be manually disconnected and reconnected. The command negative problem last occurred on 02/08/2011. (AR#G11-0012). DR#G111413 IMPACT: Minor data loss to NOAA Space Weather (~5 minutes). Manual intervention required for commanding. DOY 120 04/30/2011 S-ACE-0592 G11-0021 ITOS tm_controller Before Beginning Of Track, ITOS had problems connecting telemetry, "timeout reading from tm_controller". ITOS was stopped and restarted and the ACE pass was taken successfully. CDSID#00027515 IMPACT: Manual intervention required.
