Activities:

Data Capture: 100% DOY 149-156 2011

The GRAIL mission is expected to launch 09/08/2011. ACE has reduced DSN
antenna time during September. The current schedule has ACE losing ~10%
data over 3 weeks in September.

Anomalies:

DOY 180 06/29/2011 S-ACE-0618 G11-0045 DSS-54 Antenna Pointing
The ground antenna experienced problems with Antenna Monitor and Control
(AMC). DR#M106382
IMPACT: Activities delayed 21 minutes. No impact to NOAA Space Weather
Prediction Center (SWPC) since the spacecraft remained in the Real-Time
Solar Wind (RTSW) format and was tracked by the NOAA antennas.

DOY 182 07/01/2011 S-ACE-0619 G11-0046 DSN DCD Problems
Problems with DSN's Data Capture and Delivery (DCD) system delayed
telemetry from reaching the MMOC for 55 minutes. Telemetry was
intermittently delayed for the next 23 minutes. DR#M106391
IMPACT: Activities delayed 55 minutes and commanding took 23 minutes
instead of 5 minutes due to intermittent telemetry. No impact to NOAA
SWPC since the spacecraft was in RTSW during the 55 minute outage.

DOY 184 07/03/2011 S-ACE-0620 G11-0047 DSN TLM SLE Provider
DSN notified FOT that the MMOC had not initiated commanding. The FOT
travelled to the MMOC and found that the MMOC SLE Software (MUS) was
unable to connect to DSN TLM SLE Provider (ECONNREFUSED). DSN Data
Control restarted the ACE processes on the DSN TLM SLE Provider and
telemetry reached the MMOC. DR#N107463
IMPACT: Activities delayed 52 minutes. No impact to NOAA SWPC since
the spacecraft was in RTSW during the 52 minutes.
