Activities:

Data Capture: 100% DOY 289-297 2011

The ULEIS shutter autonomously closed during Monday's solar activity.
The opening times will be provided in the next weekly report. The ULEIS
shutter can also close down to 1% if there is enough solar activity.
	Mon Oct 24 2011, DOY 297 09:00:01z closed to 25%
	Mon Oct 24 2011, DOY 297 16:08:49z closed to 6%

A quick test of version 4.1 of the MMOC's Multi-User SLE (MUS) was
performed with WIND SIM data fed through DSN's DSS-24 on Wednesday
10/26/2011. Version 4.1 of MUS allows recording the Earth Receive Time
(ERT) to the microsecond. Previous versions of MUS only saved the ERT
to the millisecond. ACE doesn't need microsecond resolution, but the
WIND mission uses it. MUS 4.1 testing and delivery is ongoing. DSN
also tested their new Downlink Signal Generator (DSG) during the test.
