Activities:

Data Capture: 100% DOY 050-057 2012

The ULEIS shutter has autonomously closed starting Sunday 2/26/2012 due
to elevated solar activity. Exact times will given in next week's
report.

NOAA SWPC is switching to a new ancillary file server. A GSFC gateway

Starting Friday 2/24/2012 (DOY 055), some processes started with the
ITOS "system" directive were hung and not finishing. Some processes
completed successfully (e.g. ace_create_s_dumplist, ace_clock_data,
pass_summary, etc) and others did not (ace_data_fwd, ace_clock_report,
moving files). The WIND ITOS context was not impacted. ITOS was

07/31/2011 (DOY 212 2011).
IMPACT: Empty clock report files sent to ASC on 2/24/2012 and
2/25/2012; corrected files were resent on 2/26/2012. No data forwarding
to NOAA SWPC on Saturday 2/25/2012 and the beginning of Sunday
