Anomalies:

DOY 102 04/11/2012  S-ACE-0639  S12-0001  SWEPAM-E Overcount Alarm
The SWEPAM-Electron Overcount Alarm has flagged continuously since
Wednesday 4/11/2012 (DOY 102 20:32:24z).  The Overcount threshold was
lowered on 10/07/2005 for the solar minimum (6.5 years ago).  The
instrument team is looking at the data to determine the next course of
action.
IMPACT:  The instrument automatically reduces voltages when the
overcount alarm occurs.
