Data Capture:  100%  DOY 132-139 2013

The WS1 antenna (Near Earth Network) has requested range/uplink tests
with ACE.  These tests will be performed in-between DSN passes.  No
additional range tests with the Santiago antenna have been requested
since the test completed on 4/15/2013.

The only impact from the moderate long duration solar storm over the
past week was the closing of the ULEIS shutter.  Usually, the shutter
stays closed for a day or two, but was closed for 3.5 days for this
solar storm.
