Anomalies:

DOY 168  06/17/2013  S-ACE-0663  G13-0007  15 minute DSN TLM Outage
DSN's Goldstone Signal Processing Center (SPC-10) experienced a burst
water line.  Comm equipment temporarily went offline (2106-2121z) as
non-essential equipment was powered off (DR#G114013).
IMPACT:  Minimal.  DSN backfilled the 15 minutes of telemetry as the
data connections were restored.  NOAA SWPC successfully processed the
backfilled data, except for MAG which showed a 15 minute gap.  All
recorded science data was captured with minimal redumps.
