Data Capture:  100%  DOY 230-237 2013

The monthly WS1 proficiency pass was completed Thursday 8/22/2013 (DOY
234).  No problems encountered.

The DSN schedule is a bit tight at the end of October and beginning of
November 2013.  LADEE will launch Sept ~7 and ISRO's Mangalyaan (Mars
Orbiter Mission) will launch Oct ~21.  Depending on launch slips and
antenna availability, ACE will utilize WS1 as possible.  Note that the
new moon is November 3, which portends LRO using WS1 during the day when
WS1 would have view of ACE.
