Anomalies:

DOY 120 04/30/2014 S-ACE-0682 G14-0009 Data Forwarding to NOAA
IT security scanning on 4/29/2014 had overwhelmed the MMOC firewall.
The System Administrators reduced the TCP Session Timeout to reduce
further scanning issues. The firewall change resulted in the data
forwarding to NOAA to timeout at the beginning of the following pass.
MOCR MMOC-400 has been implemented so that data forwarding will wait
until telemetry is received from DSN before establishing the connection
to NOAA.
IMPACT: 70 minute outage (1515-1625z) to NOAA Operations on 4/30/2014.

DOY 124 05/04/2014 S-ACE-0681 G14-0008 DSS-34 Transmitter Red
A southern hemisphere ranging pass (1 hour) was lost due to a false
final limit interlock.
IMPACT: There were 2 other southern hemisphere ranging supports on
5/2/2014 and 5/5/2014 between the maneuvers on 4/29/2014 and 5/6/2014.

Update for S13-0001 - B1 Fuel Tank Temperature Anomaly
The fuel tank heaters have restarted powering off for ~30 minutes every
~2 hours. This started 70 minutes after the attitude maneuver on
Tuesday 5/6/2014. The updated theory is that the heater thermostat has
become detached from the B1 tank. The propulsion heater system had
returned to their normal configuration (tank heaters always on) from
4/2/2014 to 5/6/2014.
