ACE receives 1 telemetry frame every 0.091 seconds (high-rate) and the DSN Earth Receive Time is occasionally be behind by 1 or more frames after a data rate change. An incorrect Earth Receive Time from DSN results in clock reports sent to ASC and NOAA SWPC being slightly off by a fraction of a second. This issue (AR 118839) started with version 11.3.6 of DSN's Receiver, Ranging, and Telemetry (RRT) software that is in SOAK at Goldstone. The new change has been implemented for the Chandra mission, which had the same problem. The next Goldstone pass is on Friday 7/4/2014. There is no DSN pass for Thursday 7/3/2014 DOY 184 (as measured by UTC) and 2 passes for Friday 7/4/2014. There will be no clock report or attitude report for this coming Thursday. ======================================================================== Anomalies: None
