Data Capture:  100%  DOY 236-243 2014

On 09/01/2014 (DOY 244) a DSN Project Interface Test (PIT) with DSS-24
for DSN's Uplink Tracking and Command Subsystem (UPL v11.3) was
completed.  No problems were found.  The last UPL PIT (UPL v11.1) on
3/26/2014 was unsuccessful due to the station being unable to calibrate
the transmitter to 250W.
