Data Capture: 100% DOY 172-179 2015

Per the International Earth Rotation and Reference Systems Service (IERS),
a leap second was added on June 30, 2015 at 23:59:60 (UTC).

Since ACE does not have an on-board UTC clock (i.e., the clock is a
counter), no updates were required on the spacecraft. However, the
ground system (ITOS) and the ACE clock calibration tool were recently
updated to account for the leap second addition, and correctly calculate
the slope and leap second addition, and correctly calculate the slope
and offset during the clock calibration process.

Following the leap second addition, the ACE FOT evaluated the clock
calibration data and confirmed that the updating process worked as
intended.
