Anomalies:

- 01/24/2016 - SOAR S-ACE-35-CTT-1 - DSN Problem (Madrid Complex)
Recurring

On early Sunday morning (01/24/2016), the DSN Ops Chief informed the FOT
that the DSS-65 (Madrid) S-Band downlink capability was Red (see DSN DR#
M109168). The DSS-65 contact for DOY-024 (BOT=11:30 UT, EOT=15:00 UT) was
lost due to the anomaly.

Impact:

Minimal - The FOT worked closely with the SSMO/NENSO Scheduling Team and
two WS1 passes were successfully added to the schedule, which compensated
for the lost DSS-65 contact.
