OCRs:

Update: MOCR ACE-366 Relax HGA constraint from 9 to 11 degrees for 2016 Summer Campaign
- The 2016 Extended HGA Summer Campaign, which started on 06/07/2016, will conclude with the 09/06/2016 attitude maneuver.  
- OSIRIS-Rex (ORX) is scheduled to launch 09/08/2016.  Several ACE DSN supports will be impacted by the proposed launch contingencies.  The return to the 9 degree upper limit antenna constraint will allow ACE to resume operations with WS1.

Data Capture: 99.9997% DOY 221-234 2016

Anomalies:   DOY 226 8/13/2016 SOAR S-ACE-93-CTT-5 Goldstone Complex (recurring)
D15 unable to lock on two way telemetry at BOT.  Station tried alternate DC, then rebooted REC.  Telemetry acquired and automated operations resumed ~24 minutes after BOT.
IMPACT:  Minimal.  Automated pass activities resumed without FOT intervention.
