Anomalies:

DOY 259 09/15/2016 S-ACE-98 Realtime Data loss during WS1 Support
Realtime data went offline unexpectedly for ~26 minutes during the support (~1428-1454z). FOT contacted WS1 to restart the RT port connection. After reconnecting, WS1 still noticed an error on the realtime connection. FOT then restarted its mmoc_fanout. WS1 successfully reestablished its realtime connection.
IMPACT: Minimal. ~26 minutes of realtime data loss. No impact to playback data. FOT manually halted ace_pass procedure once realtime telemetry was back online, in order to collect 20 minutes of attitude data. Automation activities were then resumed.

DOY 260 09/16/2016 S-ACE-93-CTT-6 DSS-24 Problem - Goldstone (recurring)
JPL Ops Chief notified the FOT in the midst of its D24 support, that the transmitter would be declared Red due to a "hardware TMG (Transmitter Motor Generator) bearing problem" (DR# G117475). D24 brought its uplink down at ~1900z; EOT was 2045z.
IMPACT: Minimal. No manual intervention required. SSR playback continued without interruption. Automation performed pass cleanup activities. FOT verified no gaps in playback data postpass.

DOY 264 09/20/2016 S-ACE-93-CTT-7 DSS-24 Problem - Goldstone (recurring)
JPL Ops Chief notified FOT prior to BOT that DSS-24 had been declared Red (DR# G117486). DSN reported that DSS-24 had suffered "Loss of uplink capabilities due to a Kepco P.S. problem. A hardware Power Supply unit on the S-band 20KW Transmitter failed." The entire ACE support would be lost.
IMPACT:
- Attitude and Spin Down maneuver execution moved to 9/22/2016 support.
- ACE Scheduler obtained short DSS-34 tracking support for 9/21/2016 in order to catch up on the SSR playback data.
