RTSW Format Description - like all the other low rate formats, one major frame (16 seconds and 6944 bits long) contains one minor frame, and runs at a rate of 434 bits per second. The format includes all EPAM science data, SWEPAM (Ion) data that is created explicitly for the RTSW format only, and limited Magnetometer data.
