Hotel Information

With the help of Maureen Ahr of SWRI, we have made arrangements for a group rate of $93.00 per night (the Govt. rate) at the Emily Morgan hotel, located about 1 block from the famous River Walk and across the street from the Alamo. This rate is for single or double occupancy. The Hotel also said that you could arrive earlier on the weekend and get the same rate if there are rooms available. The Ulysses team has stayed there before and recommends it. In response to my earlier questionaire, 21 people said they wanted to stay there.

To make a reservation, call 210-225-5100 or 800-824-6674. In my discussions we have called this the "ACE Science Working Team Meeting", but we also suggested calling it the "ACE Meeting". The hotel is ~15 minutes drive from SWRI.
