General Information

The next ACE Team meeting is to be held April 2 and 3, 2009, at Caltech, Pasadena, CA.
There is also a SIS/CRIS team meeting that will take place on April 1.

While you are at the meeting messages can be sent to you at (626) 395-6611 and faxes can be sent to (626) 449-8676.

Internet Access
Wireless access to the internet will be available. Caltech Space Radiation Lab personnel at the meeting will help you get set up.

The ACE team meeting will start at 8:30am each morning, and is scheduled to end by 12:00 noon on Friday, April 3.

Hotel Information

The Courtyard by Marriott (where the last STEREO meeting was held), is the designated hotel for this meeting. This hotel has reserved 10 rooms until a cutoff date of March 13 (after this point they will still try to accommodate people on a first-come first-served basis; and if the 10 rooms get filled before this date they will add 5 more).

The rate at the Marriott-Courtyard is $159.00 + taxes = $182.95 (They also charge $15 a night for parking). Their phone number is 626-403-7600 (or 800-321-2211). Mention the ACE Science Meeting block of Rooms.

The meeting location is on the 1st floor of East Bridge, which is building 33 on the Caltech Map.

You may park in marked Commuter (General) parking spots in any of Caltech's parking lots.
Visitors are required to display a parking permit if their vehicle is parked on campus between the hours of 7am-5pm, Mon-Fri. Visitor permits are $5 per day and are available at automated pay stations at the following locations:

We recommend you park in the large underground parking structure South of Campus (off California Blvd.), or in one of the parking structures on Wilson Ave (East side of campus) or Holliston Ave (West side of campus).
It's less than 5 minutes walk from any of these parking lots to East Bridge.
