The next ACE Team meeting is to be held June 1 - 2, 2012, at Caltech, Pasadena CA.
All attendees, please register online, so we can get an accurate head-count for refreshments, etc.
The deadline for registration is Friday May 27, 2011, 12 Noon Pacific time.
Wireless access to the internet will be available in the conference room.
Please contact Eileen Chollet to propose agenda items.
Everyone is invited to the Mewaldt House for an informal dinner
on Wednesday, June 1, right after the meeting adjourns for the day.
The meeting location is on the 4th floor of of Keith Spalding, which is building 6 on the Caltech Map. The building is located on the South-East corner of Wilson Ave. and California Blvd.
You may park in marked Commuter (General) parking spots in any of Caltech's parking lots.
Visitors are required to display a parking permit if their vehicle is parked on campus between the
hours of 7am-5pm, Mon-Fri.
Visitor permits are $5 per day and are available at automated pay stations in the Caltech parking lots.
We recommend you park in the large underground parking structure South of Campus (off California Blvd.).
Alternatives are one of the parking structures on Wilson Ave (East side of campus) or Holliston Ave (West side of campus).
It's less than 5 minutes walk from any of these parking lots to the meeting location.
