The next ACE Team meeting is to be held May 2nd and 3rd, 2007, at SWRI, San Antonio, TX.
The meeting is in Building 189, in the Video Teleconference Center (VTC), located directly behind the receptionist on the 1st floor.

The meeting will start at 8:30am each morning, and is scheduled to end before 3pm on May 3rd.
As it turns out, the American Association of Architects is having their annual convention in San Antonio during that time period and as a result, the Emily Morgan hotel and others in the center of the downtown Riverwalk are booked and have been for many months. The Hawthorne Suites which is located on St. Mary's on the north end of the Riverwalk. The hotel offers oversized studio suites. Although it is about 8 blocks from the Alamo and main Riverwalk restaurants/activities, the River Taxi and trolley stop right at the hotel for transport to the main part of the Riverwalk. The IES/Rosetta meeting attendees have stayed there the past 2 years and liked it (most recently October or November of 2006). Included in the rate is a full hot breakfast buffet daily, Social Hour every Monday, Tuesday & Thursday with a light supper every Wednesday, and complimentary high speed wireless internet access.
