The next ACE Team meeting is to be held September 12 - 13, 2016, at JHU/APL, Laurel MD, Building 200. The conference room reserved is:

• Building 200, E-273, for both days.
• The room will be open to attendees both days 7:30 am - 6pm

Please register online, so we can arrange security clearance, get a head-count for refreshments, nametags, etc.

Meeting attendees will need to show ID and pass through lobby security.
Foreign nationals need to show a green card or bring their passport, and MUST REGISTER through this web site.

The deadline for registration is Wednesday, August 31 2016, 5PM Eastern time.

Wireless access to the internet will be available in the conference rooms. Morning and afternoon snacks/coffee/decaf will be provided. Attendees can buy light lunches in Bldg 200 cafeteria downstairs. Also in the Main APL Cafeteria across Johns Hopkins Road, or restaurants down the road

A convenient hotel has recently opened a short distance from APL:

Note: In the past, folks have found that the Columbia Hampton Inn has a good rate (APL rate). However, currently there is severe traffic congestion weekday afternoons on US 29 northbound ~3:30-6:30 pm between Johns Hopkins Road and MD 100 (location of Columbia Hampton Inn).

The meeting will be held at 11101 Johns Hopkins Road, Building 200.

Driving instructions: Approaching Building 200 westbound on Johns Hopkins Road

• Route 29 from the South: Go 270 deg (west) around the traffic circle at the top of the exit and get in the Left lane.
• Route 29 from the North: Going uphill to the Johns Hopkins exit, get into the Right lane. Stay in that lane. Do not move into the additional right lane that opens up as you make the turn (west) onto Johns Hopkins Road.
• After the traffic light at Montpelier Road and Johns Hopkins Road, move into the Left-most lane on Johns Hopkins Rd. You will first pass the pond on your right and then see our 5-story Bldg 200 on your left.
• Turn Left either just at Bldg 200 or at the traffic light just beyond it (where the tree-lined entrance road to the old campus is to the right). Either turn will take you into a multi-linked parking lot for Bldg 200.
• Park in any unmarked space.
• The entrance lobby to Bldg 200 is on the South side (opposite from Johns Hopkins Road), under the glassed-in curved windows of the 2nd floor projection.
